1 Acceptance of Terms

Age Verification Procedures

3 Account Registration & Security

The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number.

One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the bn880bet platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or using different personal details — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bn880bet reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit all bonus balances across those accounts. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bn880bet platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where prohibited conduct is identified, bn880bet reserves the right to take immediate action including account suspension, voiding of bets, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or verification; impersonating another person; submitting forged or altered identity documents.
• Money Laundering: Using the bn880bet platform to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity; structuring deposits or withdrawals to circumvent transaction monitoring systems.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game — including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, coordinating live casino bet placement, or sharing information to manipulate live sports betting markets.
• Use of Automated Tools: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics in a manner not available to a human player using the standard interface.
• Exploiting Software Vulnerabilities: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches to generate profit — including odds errors in the sportsbook or display errors in the casino cashier.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

bn880bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or use of prohibited software tools.
• Determination that the account holder is under the age of 18.
• Identification of a duplicate account held by the same individual.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations that require the platform to cease providing services to a specific individual or jurisdiction.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their bn880bet account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected].
